3. Prices

  • All prices listed on www.pwr-lite.com are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices are quoted in TTD (Trinidad and Tobago Dollars).
  • Power-Lite only accepts payment in TTD.
  • Delivery fees, where applicable, are included or displayed at checkout.

4. Payment Methods

We currently accept:

  • Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

5. Fraud Prevention

To protect both you and Power-Lite from fraudulent transactions, we may share transaction-related information with authorized third parties for verification.

By placing an order, you authorize Power-Lite to:

  • Verify your identity and payment method.
  • Perform credit checks, fraud prevention, and debt recovery where necessary.
  • Share relevant data with credit reference agencies or fraud prevention databases.

6. Order Processing

All orders submitted through www.pwr-lite.com are subject to acceptance. Power-Lite reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason and shall not be liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

Orders may be refused or cancelled due to:

7. Product Information and Availability

If a product becomes unavailable after payment, Power-Lite will:

  • Offer a full refund, or
  • Allow you to select an alternative item of equal value (if available).

8. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery services are available to selected areas only.
  • Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
  • Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and are subject to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or supplier delays.
  • Deliveries may take longer during holidays, weekends, or promotional periods.

Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you.

9. Return and Refund Policy

All returns and exchanges must include a valid receipt or invoice.

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • It is within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
  • The item has a manufacturer’s defect or faulty workmanship.
  • The product is within its warranty period (see section 10).

If an item is defective:

  • Power-Lite will repair or replace it, or
  • If unavailable, issue a store credit or refund.

For non-defective exchanges:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns based on buyer’s remorse.

Shipping charges will only be refunded if:

  • The wrong item was shipped, or
  • The product was defective upon arrival.

10. Warranty

Warranty coverage is valid only if:

  • The item was purchased new from Power-Lite or an authorized distributor.
  • The item is used for domestic and personal purposes.

Commercial or rental use voids the warranty. Warranty claims must include proof of purchase.

11. Documentation

A digital invoice and receipt will be provided for every order. Copies can be reissued via email upon request.

12. Prohibited Content

Power-Lite reserves the right to:

  • Remove or edit any user-submitted content (e.g., reviews, comments).
  • Restrict or terminate website access at any time for any reason, with or without notice.

13. Errors and Omissions

Occasional errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability may occur. Power-Lite reserves the right to correct such errors at any time, without prior notice.
